It was at the
beginning of the 80's. Back then, Micheline was a
landscape artist who participated in my workshops at the
Saint-Jacques street studio.I will always remember the arrivals of the smiling, pretty blonde with the fragile and refined style who would, upon touching the easel, transform herself into a painter toting a powerful palette, huge brushes and a paint-spattered smock. Just like her creations, she was becoming larger than life. Today, when I admire her painting, I fell a rush of pride. Take a good look...you will understand what I mean... |
